A Mud Dress for a Princess

pic 1 - ppl fishing by the river, baking fish, community forms

pic 2 - here my idea is to have Masiri dance and have not one Masiri but 5. But i'm thinking it may be confusing. What do you thing? But i can show her doing more moves this way.

pic 3 - Here she uses a stick to fish it out.

pic ? - naturally being lazy, I'll rather skip this but an additional pic adds for good story telling, introduced the granny and makes it more coherent ; )

pic 4 - farmer explains plight, Masiri listens

pic 5 - the baobab is an amazing tree but if i show it the elephant will be too tiny, so i put more baobabs in the background

pic 6 - mr elephant huffs and puffs and water gushes through~!! I wanted to put flamingoes in the sky for visual effect but in the story they only come the following day

pic 7 - typo here i think : )
cloud of cotton beside granny hut, mr nice elephant working in the field with pink flamingoes swooping - cue visual effect : )

pic 8 - i'm must say, Svetlana, I'm really impress with the story because everything is really factual. Like this palm really grow in sand dunes. The baobab trees and elephant trees with amazing roots.. I appreciate this because i used to work in a nursary

pic 9 - she confronts the giant crocodile, what a brave girl. Mr Croc is opening mouth to lose heat in desert

pic 10 - Emo crocodile cries and she comforts him, elephant in back invites hi, what a nice guy ; )

pic 11 - lah lah lah lah , cack cack cack

pic 12 - weaving together, all do their part. Croc too : ) he's bithing cotton to pass to those who has better hands

pic 13 - wanted to show Momuso sewing but in the end she and Masira are watching croc washing the bou-bous. Elephant is getting leaves from the most amazing tree. It'll look better in the final. Haha Stage 1 is stick figure practice. Flamigoes stand some on one legs as they always do

pic 14 - Granny stirring. QUESTION, The pot is not metal right? The rest drawing.

pic 15 - The pauper becomes the Princess. Disney moment : ) *wipes tear*

pic 16 - QUESTION. HEr dress tells the story of her journey right? Can i draw pictures on her dress instead of the normal Bògòlanfini. As in like maybe more like cave drawings? The colors i can use is only brown and black? I dunnp what symbol represent flamingo, elephant, spider and crocodile.
